• The total project fee must be settled in full before final completion and handover.
• Any design changes requested after the approved design has been installed will be entirely at the client's financial responsibility.
• Delays in payment may result in project suspension or delivery delays.
• Clients are encouraged to communicate all design preferences clearly before execution begins, as changes made mid-process may incur extra charges and extend timelines.
• Materials, finishes, and features are subject to availability and may require substitution with equivalent options upon client approval.
• Unrestricted access to the project site must be granted during agreed working hours. Any delays caused by restricted access may impact project completion and could incur additional costs.
• Estimated timelines will be communicated at the start of the project. However, timelines may be adjusted due to material availability, client response delays, or unforeseen site conditions.
• A warranty period of [6-12 months] applies to installed items, covering workmanship and material defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized alterations.
